1. General provisions
1.1. The PRIVILEGE loyalty club is a loyalty (discount) programme for customers of SALAMANDER, GEOX, HOGL, STEP TOP, ŽYGIO BATAI and TAMARIS stores managed by ARMITANA UAB (hereinafter referred to as the “Loyalty Club”). The programme is open for natural persons over 16 years old.
1.2. As of 2 January 2015, a Loyalty Club membership is automatically granted to former members of PRIVILEGE, SALAMANDER and STEP TOP loyalty clubs. A Loyalty Club membership is also granted to customers who submit a properly completed Loyalty Club application form to a shop assistant (salesperson) and pay a card fee.
1.3. Personal data of Loyalty Club members are processed for the purpose of direct marketing to ensure clients’ participation in customers’ loyalty (discount) programme insofar as related to the loyalty (discount) programme, as well as for the development of a customers’ database and its use in marketing projects.
1.4. A Loyalty Club member agrees or refuses in the application form to receive information about new club partners, discounts, special privileges and offers for club members. A Loyalty Club member has the right to refuse this information at any time as prescribed by the law.
2. Membership and its benefits
2.1. After completing a Loyalty Club application form and paying a membership fee, the customer is granted a Loyalty Club membership and is assigned a discount code. A physical card is not issued. Upon assignment of a unique discount code to the customer, the discount card is immediately activated and the customer may instantly use it to get a discount.
2.2. A card fee for a new Loyalty Club member who applies for a card on 2 January 2015 or later is €5. ARMITANA UAB may change the amount of this fee by notifying thereof ten business days in advance at www.lojalumoklubas.lt. The card fee is not applied to the replacement of the old Loyalty Club card with a new one, i.e. to the assignment of a new discount code to a present Loyalty Club member.
2.3. One person is entitled only to one membership. A Loyalty Club member may share his/her discount code with other persons.
2.4. Unless the terms and conditions of a special offer provides for a different discount, SALAMANDER, GEOX, HOGL, STEP TOP, ŽYGIO BATAI and TAMARIS stores apply a fixed 10% discount to non-discounted items (footwear, handbags and footwear care products) when using a new PRIVILEGE Loyalty Club card, i.e. a card issued on 2 January 2015 or later.
2.5. Unless the terms and conditions of a special offer provides for a different discount, SALAMANDER, GEOX, HOGL, STEP TOP, ŽYGIO BATAI and TAMARIS stores apply an accumulated discount, if the accumulated discount exceeds 10%, to non-discounted items (footwear, handbags and footwear care products) when using a Loyalty Club card issued before 2 January 2015. In cases where the accumulated discount is smaller than 10%, as of 2 January 2015 the available discount to non-discounted items (footwear, handbags and footwear care products) is increased to 10%, unless the terms and conditions of a special offer provides for a different discount.
3. Processing of personal data
3.1. The client is informed and agrees that his/her personal data are processed by ARMITANA UAB, which undertakes to process personal data of a Loyalty Club member in accordance with legal requirements. ARMITANA UAB has the right to collect, store and otherwise handle personal data insofar as necessary for the implementation of Loyalty Club programmes.
3.2. Where a Loyalty Club member consents to the use of his/her personal data for direct marketing, ARMITANA UAB has the right to send e-mail messages to the e-mail address specified by the Loyalty Club member in the application form and/or SMS text messages.
3.3. Should a Loyalty Club member request ARMITANA UAB to produce his/her personal data being processed and present an identity document, ARMITANA UAB responds to such a request in a form in which the request was submitted no later than within thirty calendar days as of the request. ARMITANA UAB must give motivated reasons for denying the request of the Loyalty Club member to exercise the data subject’s right established by the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data.
3.4. A Loyalty Club member has the right to request rectification or destruction of his/her personal data or suspension of further processing of his/her personal data. If a Loyalty Club member submits a written request to the data processor in person, by mail or through means of electronic communication, the data processor must immediately check the personal data of this member and rectify the incorrect, incomplete and inaccurate personal data and/or suspend the processing of such personal data without delay.
3.5. ARMITANA UAB immediately notifies the Loyalty Club member of the rectification, destruction of his/her personal data or suspension of processing of his/her personal data performed or not performed at the data subject’s request.
3.6. Personal data are rectified and destroyed or their processing is suspended at a data subject’s request on the basis of documents confirming his/her identity and his/her personal data.
3.7. A Loyalty Club member has all rights of a data subject as established by relevant provisions of the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data, other laws and legislation regulating the processing and protection of personal data, compliance and implementation.
3.8. ARMITANA UAB introduces a Loyalty Club member to his/her right to object to the processing of his/her personal data for direct marketing. If a Loyalty Club member objects to the processing of his/her personal data for direct marketing, ARMITANA UAB suspends the processing of his personal data without any delay and free of charge.
3.9. A Loyalty Club member has the right to change and/or update the information provided in his/her application form. Upon the notice by a Loyalty Club member about the updating of his/her personal data, ARMITANA UAB updates the personal data of the Loyalty Club member no later than within 10 business days as of the notice.
3.10. Any notices related to the processing of personal data may be sent to ARMITANA UAB by e-mail info@armitana.lt, in writing delivered against signature, by registered mail, via courier or by fax.
3.11. The data processor responds to a Loyalty Club member in the same manner as the notice or claim submitted by that Loyalty Club member.
3.12. When personal data become irrelevant for processing, ARMITANA UAB destroys them, except for personal data which may be submitted to state archives in cases provided for by the law. Personal data are also rectified and destroyed or their processing is suspended at a data subject’s request on the basis of documents confirming his/her identity and his/her personal data.
4. Final provisions
4.1. ARMITANA UAB reserves the right to change the Loyalty Club rules by giving a notice at least ten days in advance and announcing about changes in the rules at www.lojalumoklubas.lt or by e-mail address specified by a Loyalty Club member.
4.2. A Loyalty Club card is not a credit card. The card is the property of ARMITANA UAB and may be revoked at any time.
